No Compression! User Friendly

Picastro doesn't compress photos so you get to see them exactly as they were intended to look. The UI is easy on the eyes and even easier to navigate. There is a yearly subscription fee but it's worth it to not see any ads.

Better than the rest

It's way better than Threads, Facebook, IG, Astrobin, and Twitter for sharing astrophotography. It's also secure (can't screenshot or download images), and not governed by an algorithm that pushes only "popular" posts.

A must for Astrophotographers

If there's one thing that every astrophotographer has in common with other astronomers it's to share their work. Picastro does that — fullscale resolution, the equipment you use, difficulties you want to share with others, and connecting with other people who share the same passion. Clearly a must-have!
